Hit = 過去分詞。タイトルなのでbe動詞が省略されている。
(the) Jobs Law = 雇用法 = the new hiring law, the law, the new legislation タイトルなので冠詞が省略されている。
＊ドゥ・ヴィルパン首相が打ち出した、企業が若者を雇いやすくするための政策「初期雇用契約」を盛りこんだ「機会平等法」のこと。
◆Chanting slogans and waving banners against the new hiring law,
ending up at the Place de la Republic in the northern part of the city.
Chanting, waving, ending = 付帯状況を表す分詞構文。Chanting, wavingは、動作が同時に行われていることを表し、endingは出来事が続いて起こったことを表している。
ending up = 最後には〜することになる、〜の状態に達する、最後は〜に行き着く
